REBATE! Customer must
purchase a DISH Network system ECHOSTAR Models
3822, 4922
and 7222 DishPlayer Customer must activate
qualified programming (AT100CD, plus any additional programming
combinations). Programming must be maintained
for twelve consecutive months.
Customer REBATE
Payments:
- Customers who
commit to twelve consecutive months of qualified programming
(AT100CD, plus any additional programming combinations) totaling
$39.98 will receive a rebate payment in the amount of $199. And
23 months FREE movie channels.
Rebate Payment
Eligibility:
The rebate payment
will be mailed directly by DISH Network to the customer within six
to eight weeks upon receipt of payment in full of the first billing
statement and confirmation of qualified programming. All
eligibility requirements must be met, or no payment will be made to
the customer. The rebate is a cash payment only and may not be
credited to the customer's account and/or applied towards
programming. All programming payments are non-refundable. Limit: one
rebate payment per household.
The Agreement:
The customer, upon
endorsement of the rebate check, acknowledges that early
cancellation of the Agreement will result in a fee equal to the
rebate payment, which will be charged to the customer's DISH Network
Account. In the event of customer default, (seasonal or hard
disconnect, payment delinquency, and/or downgrading from the
qualified programming package, etc.), the customer will be reported
to credit agencies as determined appropriate by DISH Network. The
fee equal to the rebate payment will be charged to the customer's
DISH Network Account.
Premium Movie 3 Free Months
Offer for new residential customers who purchase, install and
activate a DISH Network system with America's Top 100 CD or
America's Top 150 programming between 8/1/00 and 10/31/00 and order
a Premium Movie package(s). There will be a $5.00 Change of Service
Fee for each programming downgrade.
