This is a receiver only and will have a separate dish positioner and a stand-alone descrambler

It has a polarity button.
It has channel up and down buttons.
It will has a skew plus and minus buttons.
It has audio up and down buttons.
It has a channel scan button that will scan the channels on the current satellite.
         Press once and it will scan 2 channels per second, press and hold and it will scan 12 channels per second.

  The remote control they have may control the dish positioner and the receiver and may have video fine tune on it.
