LOOSENING THE NUTS AND
BOLTS

- Locate
and loosen the polarization nuts, azimuth clamp nuts,
elevation pivot bolt and elevation nuts on the AZ/EL Cap Mount
Assembly so that the antenna can be moved vertically,
horizontally and clockwise/counterclockwise with slight
pressure.

SETTING THE
POLARIZATION
- Using the polarization value
you recorded in section E, rotate the antenna reflector until
that polarization value on the polarization scale is aligned
with the polarization reference mark (see diagram below).
Tighten the polarization nuts.
Important - there are two
polarization scales on the antenna, positive and negative. Be sure
that you use the positive scale for a positive value and use the
negative scale for a negative value.
