Direct Broadcast Satellite
Look Angle Calculator

Calculates the look angles to a satellite.
All degree values are expressed as decimal. All azimuths are true (not magnetic).

DBS01, 02 and 03 are located at: 101 W
ECHO1 and 2 are located at: 119 W
ECHO3 is located at: 61.5 W
ECHO4 is located at: 148 W
PrimeStar is located at: 85 W
Choose a Satellite:
DirecTv/USSB
EchoStar I & II
EchoStar III
EchoStar IV
PrimeStar

Please remember that the resultant AZIMUTH reading is a TRUE NORTH reading, NOT magnetic. Call your local airport, (private or commercial) for the correction factor. For example, the correction factor for my ZipCode is 12.5 degrees, so I would have to subtract 12.5 degrees to get the correct azimuth reading.
