Pricing is residential. Taxes not included. Equipment
specifications and programming options may vary in Alaska and
Hawaii. DIRECTV services not provided outside the U.S. Receipt
of DIRECTV programming is subject to the terms of the DIRECTV
Customer Agreement; a copy is provided at DIRECTV.com and in
your first DIRECTV billing statement. For
installation offer: Limited-time offer for new residential
customers who purchase any DIRECTV System from a participating
retailer between 4/26/01 and 7/25/01 and activate a DIRECTV
programming package ($21.99/mo. or above) or OPCIN ESPECIAL
programming package ($19.99/mo. or above) by 08/05/01. One free
installation per household. Installation
of additional receivers and custom installation available for
a charge. Programming fee for each additional receiver
$4.99/mo. if all receivers continuously connected to the same
land-based phone line. For AOL offer: PAYMENT OF FIRST MONTH OF DIRECTV PROGRAMMING MUST BE
CHARGED TO MAJOR CREDIT CARD TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF AOL OFFER.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENT NOT REQUIRED FOR PA AND MA
RESIDENTS. PRORATED FEE OF UP TO $120 MAY BE CHARGED FOR EARLY
TERMINATION, SUSPENSION, DISCONNECTION OR DOWNGRADE OF
REQUIRED DIRECTV PROGRAMMING, DEPENDING UPON THE TIMING OF
SUCH ACTION. One year of AOL membership provided by
DIRECTV is a limited-time offer for new residential customers
who purchase any DIRECTV System from a participating retailer
between 4/26/01 and 6/17/01, and subscribe to one year of any
DIRECTV TOTAL CHOICE MOVIES value package ($41.99/mo. or
above) or OPCIN EXTRA ESPECIAL programming package
($41.99/mo. or above) by 7/14/01. Available to new AOL members
in the U.S.A., age 18 or older; a major credit card or
checking account is required for AOL membership. To receive 12
months of AOL membership, customers must complete original
mail-in redemption form (which will be mailed to you upon
activation of DIRECTV programming), sign and return it to:

form must be postmarked by 9/15/01. Name and address on
redemption form must match name and address used to activate
DIRECTV account. DIRECTV and AOL are not responsible for late,
lost, illegible, mutilated, incomplete, misdirected or
postage-due mail. Allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery of AOL
CD-ROM. Offer void where prohibited, taxed or restricted. No
cash value. May not be combined with any other offer. TO
AVOID BEING CHARGED A MONTHLY AOL FEE FOR YEAR TWO, SIMPLY
CANCEL WITH AOL BEFORE ONE-YEAR PROMOTIONAL PERIOD ENDS.
Online premium services carry surcharges and communication
surcharges may apply, including in AK, even during promotional
period. Members may incur telephone charges on their phone
bill, depending on their location and calling plan, even
